For New Year's Jill went to CT to visit with her Dad and the Family. It was great to see everyone and spend time with Pop! For those who don't know her father was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow) in December 09'. He is on Chemo pills and has had some radiation too. He is very tired but is doing well with treatment. Please keep him in your prayers. Here's some pictures from the trip.

The house Jill grew up in...it snowed quite a bit while I was in CT. I liked it though. :)

My Grandparents old farm house. My Dad (with some help from John)finished renovating it right before he was diagnosed with MM. My Dad was born in this house and never left the land. He built our house that we grew up in behind this house on the same 3 acre lot.

Family Photo Shoot 09

Here's some pictures from a little photo shoot we had a friend do the day after Christmas. There was a little snow and ice around still. We had a good time and got some great pictures. My favorite is the last one we took which is the last one on this Post! :)

Christmas 2009

We were blessed again this year and had all our children home for Christmas this year. Butch even brought his and Danielle's 6 month old Maltese puppy (Ozzie)! It was great meeting him and having a puppy in the house again. As you can see Chipper (blk Lab x) and Mickey are getting up there in years. Ozzie enjoyed terrorizing them...but they showed him who's boss. We really had a relaxing Christmas and even got some snow Christmas Eve! First time in 80 years there was a White Christmas here in TX. We enjoyed it!
Bo is still an Auburn fan, while Becky enjoyed her "Nook" and the new blanket Jill made for her to take to Afghanistan. Butch, on the other hand, is still a rebel and a San Francisco 49ers fan. We enjoyed the time we spent together and we hope ya'll had a wonderful Christmas too!
