October

This is Becky at DINFOS (Defense Information School) in Maryland.

She got her badge...she's officially a Public Affairs Officer now!

Becky took a train to NY City with some friends and had a great time.

Bo and his friends dressed up like nerds for Halloween.

Butch had a little bit of fun and dressed like a old time PE coach. He stayed in character all night blowing his whistle and telling the little kids to stay in shape and not to eat too much candy. He was quite funny!

The dogs even got dressed up. Chipper put his skunk costume on and Mickey was a little devil, which fits him perfect!

September 2007

September started...which means FOOTBALL! Bo loves playing and made the "A" team again this year. He wore # 1 and played wide receiver and cornerback. They have awesome uniforms this year. Here's a few pics of him. One running the ball and the other with some of his friends.

Jeff celebrated his B-day in September...44 years young!

First time since he left home at the age of 19 that he got to celebrate with his mom.

Here's an update of the last few months. We've been busy...sorry for the long wait.

In August my sister Dana, Steve and Nikolaus came to visit...it was great seeing them all. Bo and Butch got to meet their cousin for the 1st time. We went to the Stockyards in Ft. Worth and Nikolaus and his mom got to sit on a longhorn! Butch had a little fun too!

July Happenings

Just want to catch you up on our busy month.

It started off with Jill in Florida apartment searching with Becky. They had a nice road trip out there and got to enjoy the area a bit too.











After checking out about a dozen different apt's Becky found the right one for her. Got to love the resort style pool area she has to come home to everyday.

Bo celebrated his 13th Birthday on July 4th.












Then it was off to Tennesssee to visit with Jeff's sisters who recently relocated there and pick up his mom who is now living with us.

















Jeff and Bo were able to go to Cowboy's Training Camp in San Antonio.
They had alot of fun and got a few autographs too. Not sure who had more fun...Bo or Jeff.

June Happenings

June has been a busy month! Can't believe it is already pretty much over. There have been lots of milestones...birthdays, retirements, moves, repainting and growing up fast!

Becky's first moving day on active duty! She's off to MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.

Bo's room was repainted orange and blue for his favorite college...Auburn University.

Shawn and Marlon sure did get big! These are Butch's pet ducks; you can hardly recognize them!

Butch's Graduation

The next week we headed out to Reno, NV to see Butch graduate from University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). He got his degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology.

We made a mini-vacation out of the trip going a few days early and visiting Lake Tahoe with a couple of Butch's friends that flew out for his graduation as well.

He's staying in Reno for the summer to study for the DAT (the test to get into Dental school), work on dental school applications and take 2 classes to finish up his minor. After all that he'll be moving back home to Fort Worth as he waits to hear back from Dental schools. Bo, Butch, Becky, Chris, and Kelly at Tahoe (with the large ferry in the background)

Shaun and Marlin...his baby ducklings =) They're pretty cute. He got them from a 3rd grade class he was teaching in this semester.

Becky's Commissioning and Graduation

May started off with Becky's commissioning into the Air Force and graduation from Texas Christian University (TCU). She graduated with a degree in Radio-TV-Film and minor in Sociology. She's off to MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida at the end of June to be a Public Affairs Officer (kind of like Public Relations type things).

Keeping in Touch

In an effort to try and keep everyone up to date on what is going on in the Heyse household we decided it would be easiest to join the latest internet craze and start a blog of our own since we never seem to be able to send out all the emails and make all the phonecalls we want to in order to keep in touch with everyone. This is something new for us and we will try to keep it as updated as much as possible and send out an email when new stuff is added but go ahead and check it every once in a while just in case time doesn't permit for us to do both.

Lots has happened in the past month so hopefully you're ready for it all =)
